Thoughts on marijuana legalization

So, I believe in some states, the marijuana legalization debate has gotten slightly out of control in some circles. In my opinion, If they 5 states already legalizing, might as well have the whole country legalize it. A lot of people i'm sure would agree with me in some respect.

Reasons why?

Marijuana is really quite harmless, even though some claim it's a gateway drug to leads to others. Well, that's debatable too..

It's a medicine.

many people enjoy it in different ways than that of their counterpart or significant other.

It's safer than alcohol.
